马斯克提告苹果与 OpenAI 不满App Store 排名偏袒 ChatGPT
马斯克（Elon Musk）说告就告！其拥有的 AI 新创公司 xAI 25 日在美国德州法院对苹果与 OpenAI 提起诉讼，指控 2 家公司联手阻碍 AI 竞争。
诉讼文件指出，xAI 认为苹果与 OpenAI「锁定市场以维持其垄断地位，并阻止像 X 和 xAI 这样的创新者参与竞争」。
苹果与 OpenAI 携手合作，将 ChatGPT 整合至 IPhone, iPad 及 Mac 电脑。若非与 OpenAI 独家合作，苹果根本没有理由不在 App Store 更明显推荐 X App 与 Grok App，诉讼文件写道，xAI 为此寻求数十亿美元的赔偿。
对此，OpenAI 发言人通过声明回应「这份最新的诉讼文件与马斯克先生持续骚扰的模式一致」，苹果则未发表任何评论。
